Salman Khan launches relief drive for Assam flood victims

Salman Khan's Being Human, in collaboration with the Salman Khan Fan Club Assam, is distributing food packets, water purification tablets, sanitary pads, and mosquito coils to flood-affected families in Sivasagar.

Actor Bhumi Pednekar has partnered with the Bharat Disaster Relief Foundation (BDRF) to provide ration kits, hygiene essentials, and drinking water in Sivasagar.

Musicians Papon, Vishal Dadlani, Divya Kumar, and Nilotpal Bora held a live Instagram charity concert on July 25 to raise funds for relief operations.

The relief drive aims to assist nearly 7 lakh people affected by the floods in Assam.

Being Human plans subsequent phases including ration and medicine distribution, and rebuilding of schools and hospitals.
