India's telecom base hits 1.34B in June, wireless surges: TRAI data

India's telephone subscriber base reached 1.348 billion in June 2026, adding 4.98 million users.

Wireless subscriptions surged by 5.79 million during the month.

The wireline segment declined by 0.81 million subscribers.
