IndiGo flight 6E-1452 from Dubai to Mumbai was diverted to Rajkot after a smoke indication in the cargo hold.
The Airbus A321 carrying 185 passengers and 7 crew landed safely at Hirasar airport in Rajkot at 3:27 pm.
All passengers and crew were evacuated safely with no injuries reported.
The cause of the smoke indication is still under investigation; the aircraft has been taken for inspection.
An alternate aircraft is being arranged for passengers to complete their journey to Mumbai.
