D4vd, real name David Anthony Burkes, is in Los Angeles County Jail during preliminary hearings for the 2025 murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
A fake track titled 'I Did It' appeared on D4vd's Apple Music account late July 25, 2026, referencing the victim's death.
TMZ reported that D4vd's Apple Music account was hacked, as the jailed singer cannot record or release music.
The track went viral with details like 'the girl with my name tattooed on her chest' and 'like cigarettes' about Hernandez's clothes.
Apple Music has not commented on the hack despite TMZ's outreach.
